Darwynn is seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to assist the company with its ambitious growth objectives.
The Customer Success Representative works directly with Darwynn customers, handling portions of account management work, customer inquiries, and documentation. You are extraordinarily organized and can juggle multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders. At Darwynn, you can expect to act as the voice of the company and customer. This role directly reports to Darwynn’s Customer Success Manager.
You can expect to:
- Be the primary point of contact regarding customer facing issues
- Be responsible for the timely response to customer inquiries
- Drive and reduce the rate of order delays throughout the order management system using daily checks, reporting, and root cause analysis
- Execute and iterate on account management processes including onboarding, training, check ins
- Manage account health by mitigating churn and targeting good health on 100% of accounts.
- Schedule and dispatch carriers based on customer needs.
- Continually improve our documentation and knowledge base systems.
- Front Desk Duties: Greet in-person customers, manage waiting areas, guide delivery/pickup drivers to warehouse locations, and handle package receipt and dispatch with accurate logging.

- Better than average organizational skills, internal and external teams will depend on you to relay information
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced or better proficiency with O365 tools is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
