Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces
- Install shingles, membranes, flashing, insulation, and other roofing materials
- Inspect roofs and identify damaged or problem areas
- Use roofing tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete work on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum one year of roofing experience
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to lift roofing materials and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Valid Working at Heights certificate is an asset
- Candidates without the certificate must be willing to complete the required training
- Reliable transportation is preferred
