Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks on-site, supporting project completion through physical labor and basic construction skills. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to diverse building projects.
Duties
- Assist with the use of hand tools and power tools to perform construction tasks
- Support carpentry, framing, and other structural work according to project requirements
- Perform heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
- Conduct general handyman tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Support team members with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure project progress
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
