Overview
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Servers/Bartenders to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in food service or hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient operation. Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling and food safety procedures
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the bar area during shifts
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hospitality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service preferred, especially serving and bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
- Must be at least 18 years old or older to serve alcohol (if applicable)
