We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This is a permanent part-time position starting at approximately 10 hours per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating polished print and digital materials in a professional services environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Design print and digital marketing materials for firm marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, website assets, lawyer announcements, event materials, brochures, presentations, advertisements, banners, digital signage, video thumbnails, and other branded assets.
· Update existing firm brochures, bifolds, sell sheets, lawyer materials, and practice area materials as required.
· Create and update lawyer and student PDF biographies using approved content, headshots, titles, contact details, and practice area information.
· Prepare social media announcement graphics for new lawyers, students, and firm updates.
· Assist with in-office photoshoots, including taking, editing, cropping, exporting, and saving headshots for marketing use.
· Prepare branded video thumbnails and related graphics for YouTube and other firm video content.
· Review and transfer CRM data to Mailchimp on a weekly basis, including exporting contacts from Salesforce, cleaning the list, and importing it into Mailchimp.
· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
· Organize final files, templates, headshots, brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets for future use.
· Support the marketing team with other design and marketing-related tasks as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
· 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role.
· Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
· Experience creating print and digital marketing materials.
· Strong layout, formatting, typography, and brand consistency skills.
· Strong attention to detail, especially when working with names, titles, contact details, biographies, headshots, and branded materials.
· Comfortable working with CRM exports, list cleanup, and Mailchimp imports.
· Basic photography and image editing skills would be an asset.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple design requests.
· Prior experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or corporate environment would be an asset.
