Hospitality Associate
Full-Time or Part-Time
SEASONAL: Part-Time, minimum 24 hours up to 39.5 hours per week
Hourly Wage Rate
$23.26 per hour
Anticipated Normal Work Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 4:00pm – 9:30pm
Saturday: 5:30pm – 9:30pm
Note:
This schedule is subject to change. Incumbent may be required to work weekends and evening hours. This schedule may require you to take up to 1-hour unpaid meal breaks depending on schedule.
Job Description Summary
Must be able to successfully complete Tim Horton’s training for front of the house.
May be required to work night shifts.
Must meet or exceed at all times Tim Horton’s service standards, policies and procedures.
Must perform fast and accurate customer transactions while keeping up with customer demands.
Retrieve and put away order, rotate stock, maintain levels of supplies, cleanliness and tidiness of display fridges, work areas, stock room and showcase.
Maintain accurate cash floats and records.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to work well as a team member and independently.

Must be able to lift up to 40 LBS.
Must maintain temperature, equipment calibration, and food safety log books.
May be required to complete a cashier’s test.
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
