Two Person Assistant Superintendent Team needed for high rise 120 units pet free apartment Building at St. Catharines.
✔ Responsibilities Include:
- Daily building maintenance & cleaning
- Tenant relations and customer service
- Minor repairs & troubleshooting
- Building safety, inspections, and reporting
- On-call duties as required
✔ Requirements:
- Must be a team of two (couples welcome)
- Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to live on site full-time
