Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAGE accounting software and possess strong skills in bookkeeping, payroll, and office management. Duties
- Manage day-to-day full cycle bookkeeping activities using SAGE accounting software
- Oversee all office procedures and work with teams in all departments to create and improve work flows
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using ADP
- Assist sales and management with general administrative tasks and support
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during audits or financial reviews
Qualifications
- Proven experience in all areas of bookkeeping, accounting, or office management roles
- Proficiency with Sage
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high pressure fast paced situations
- Prior experience in office management or administrative support is preferred
