Edmonton BMW is seeking a polished, motivated, and customer-focused BMW Client Advisor to join our Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who understands the expectations of a premium clientele and takes pride in delivering a refined, personalized ownership experience. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the drive to build lasting relationships with clients throughout their vehicle purchase journey.
As part of the Edmonton BMW team, you will represent one of the world’s most respected luxury automotive brands while working in a professional, performance-driven dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the purchase and lease of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Work toward established sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain detailed knowledge of BMW products, technology, features, and competitive offerings
- Accurately follow dealership sales processes and CRM requirements
- Participate in product, brand, and skills training as required
- Represent Edmonton BMW with professionalism both in-store and at off-site events or training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
- Luxury automotive sales experience is considered a strong asset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct
- Strong motivation to meet goals and deliver results
- Ability to provide a premium customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Experience with CDK and CRM systems is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s licence required
