HR & Business Administrator
At Kinetic Safety, we're building more than a safety company - we're building a team and a culture that people are proud to be part of.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, people-focused HR & Business Administrator to help support that growth. This role will play a key part in bringing great people into our company, supporting employees throughout their journey, and helping keep the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things organized, and takes pride in helping others succeed, this may be the role for you.
About the Role
This full-time position has two primary areas of responsibility.
The first is supporting our recruitment and HR processes. You'll help us attract great people, coordinate hiring and onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure our team has the administrative support they need to succeed.
The second is providing business administration support across the company. From managing timesheets and field documentation to supporting safety systems, purchasing, and general office administration, you'll help keep our operations organized and running efficiently.
No two days are exactly the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

What We're Looking For
We're less concerned about years of experience than we are about finding the right person. If you're highly organized, have strong computer skills, are eager to learn, and have a great can-do attitude, we'd love to meet you.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Have strong computer skills, are very comfortable with MS Office, and can learn new software quickly.
