Real Estate Sales Prospector – Your Choice Homes / UR-SPACE
The Opportunity
Your Choice Homes is a full-service real estate firm at the intersection of traditional property sales and the future of housing. Our UR-SPACE division is leading the charge in the micro-home revolution, and we’re looking for two high-energy Direct Sales Representatives to fuel our growth.
This isn’t just a "knocking" job—it’s a career path. You’ll start as a Prospector, mastering the front-end of the deal, with a clear trajectory to becoming a full-service Real Estate Professional and Closer where the serious commissions are made.
The Role
You are the face of the company in the community. You’ll be working evenings and weekends—when homeowners are actually home—to generate high-quality leads for our closing team.
- Door-to-Door Engagement: Confidently knocking on doors to introduce our micro-home solutions and real estate services.
- Strategic Marketing: Dropping off high-impact marketing materials and "door knockers" to targeted Calgary neighbourhoods.
- Lead Generation: Identifying "Hidden Need" clients and investors interested in backyard suites and joint venture opportunities.
Who You Are
- Proven Closer: You must have direct sales experience. You know how to handle an objection and keep the conversation moving.
- Driven: You’re motivated by the hunt and the potential for growth.
- Resilient: You have a positive energy that isn’t dampened by a "no."
- Flexible: You understand that real estate happens when the clients are home (nights and weekends).
