Job Description
Dhaliwal Detailing is looking for a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Truck Wash Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in professional mobile hot water truck washing and detailing for commercial fleets throughout the Lower Mainland.
As part of our team, you'll travel to customer locations in our 16-foot Hino 195 Class 5 box truck, providing professional truck washing services using our fully equipped mobile wash unit. You will be responsible for safely operating the company vehicle, maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality results at every job.
No experience is necessary—we provide paid training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16-foot Hino 195 Class 5 box truck to and from customer locations
- Pressure wash semi trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment using professional hot water pressure washing equipment
- Travel to various fleet yards and customer locations throughout the Lower Mainland
- Set up, operate, and maintain pressure washing equipment
- Keep the work truck, equipment, and supplies clean and organized
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Provide professional customer service and represent Dhaliwal Detailing in a positive manner
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
- Clean driving record (driver's abstract may be requested)
- Comfortable driving a 16-foot Hino 195 box truck
- Physically fit and able to lift 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willing to complete a background check
- Previous pressure washing or detailing experience is an asset, but training will be provided
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be available
- Approximately 35–45 hours per week, depending on workload
Compensation
- Salary: $3,000 per month
- Paid Bi-weekly
- Paid training
