Heights Academy Childcare Centre is seeking a passionate, reliable, and energetic Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our growing team.
We are a licensed, non-profit childcare centre committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through play-based learning.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and supervision for children.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Follow Alberta Licensing regulations, centre policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Complete observations and documentation as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 Certification
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for working with children
