Work as a Frontline Youth Worker for our Transitional Housing location of up to 15 youth - aged 16-24.
Provide support in house for youth, de-escalating crisis situations, knowledge of community supports for referrals, completing intakes. House management - supervise youth in house, completing routine room checks. Housework (cleaning, laundry, organizing supplies, sorting donations) and cooking is a requirement of this position. Interacting with public, answering phones, partnerships with other agencies and occasionally interacting with EMS. Documentation of incidents in house. This position is strictly midnights and the schedule is as follows:

Monday 11:59pm to 8:00am
Tuesday 11:59pm to 8:00am
Wednesday 11:59pm to 8:00am
Thursday 11:59pm to 8:00 am
