Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a background in Cricket, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals’ athletic development while fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
Duties
- Plan and deliver effective coaching sessions tailored to athletes’ skill levels and goals
- Develop training programs that promote athletic growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and facility policies
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and enjoyment in sports
- Assist with organizing team practices, competitions, and special events
- Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the coaching area
Experience
- Prior experience in teaching or coaching, preferably in related sports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants
- Ability to work well with diverse age groups and skill levels
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary

Pay: $15.00 per hour
