We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced AZ Cross-Border Driver with reefer experience to join our team. This position primarily involves transporting floral products throughout the southern and western United States while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining our high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across Canada-U.S. borders while complying with all transportation regulations and company policies
- Transport freight efficiently and ensure on-time deliveries
- Complete multiple pickups and deliveries as required
- Load and unload freight when necessary
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate driver logs, customs documentation, and shipping records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and border officials
- Ensure cargo is always transported safely and securely
- Report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting when required
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Northland Transport
Qualifications
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years of cross-border long-haul driving experience
- Clean driver's abstract and driving record
- Experience with refrigerated (reefer) equipment preferred
- Knowledge of customs procedures and cross-border documentation
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Customer-focused, reliable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating forklifts or material-handling equipment
- Understanding of freight logistics and shipping procedures
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
