We support organizations in their digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and IT service management.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Change Management Advisor – Digital Data Security who is eager to contribute to large-scale projects while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-centered approach.
Your Role
As a Change Management Advisor – Digital Data Security, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing and becoming fully familiar with the change management plan, including:
- the change narrative;

the stakeholder matrix and levels of engagement;
-
impact assessments;
-
the user adoption and support plan.

Reviewing the multi-channel internal communications plan designed to inform, educate, raise awareness, and engage employees.

Reviewing the training plan developed for various user groups.
-
Adapting, as needed, the change management, communication, and training plans based on organizational context.

Working closely with project teams and stakeholders to implement change enablement strategies.

Coordinating, monitoring, and delivering change management activities.
-
Ensuring compliance with project deliverables, timelines, and objectives.

Participating in identifying and managing risks related to change adoption.

Advising managers and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new practices.

Promoting the adoption of measures related to the classification, protection, and security of digital data.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of communication, training, and engagement activities in areas such as:
- Microsoft Purview;

Data Loss Prevention (DLP);

Data Classification and Labeling (Sensitivity Labels);
-
Information Governance and Protection;
-
Digital Records Management;
-
Protection of Sensitive and Confidential Information;

Information Lifecycle Management;
-
Compliance and Digital Data Security.
✅ Desired Profile
-
Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology.
-
At least 4 years of experience in change management.

Within the last three (3) years, have completed, as a Change Management Advisor, at least two assignments exceeding 100 person-days within organizations of comparable size and complexity.

Have completed at least one change management mandate related to digital data classification and security.
