Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
