*Responsibilities*
- Timeous and proper cleaning and sanitation of all restaurant glasses, dishes and cookware
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies;
- Monitor kitchen inventory and work with Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine on stock levels
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and galley area;
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior team, including prep and dessert plating
*Requirements*
Work Permit to legally work in Canada.
