Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and representing the brand in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, or networking.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention and up-sell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
