Maintain a proactive, long-term roadmap of the in-store customer journey, socializing alignment across strategic forums (TRIPR, Win-the-Weekend, regional sales meetings) to unify field and business leaders
Regularly visit retail stores to evaluate campaign execution, gather field team feedback, and translate insights into strategic refinements for future GTM playbooks
What you bring
7+ years of experience in retail merchandising, marketing strategy, or related field with demonstrated success in developing overarching strategic initiatives
Proven ability to synthesize complex, multi-faceted business priorities and translate them into cohesive, unified messaging strategies
