National Account Manager – B2B Sales
Location: Mississauga, ON
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $120,000+)
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across Canada. The ideal candidate will be a strong B2B sales professional with the ability to build long-term relationships, drive revenue growth, and negotiate effectively in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing national and key accounts
- Identify and close new business opportunities (hunting + account expansion)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Manage the full account lifecycle including onboarding, growth, and issue resolution
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and execute account growth strategies (upselling and cross-selling)
Skills & Experience
- Strong B2B sales and account management experience (2+ years preferred)
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage both existing accounts and new business development
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $75,000

Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education preferred
- 2+ years B2B sales experience preferred
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Mississauga, ON L4W 1H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
