As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to broaden their experience across digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign execution within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain and update the company website using Adobe Commerce, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in improving website content, product pages, and customer experience while supporting ongoing digital initiatives.
- Maintain consistent messaging across the company's website, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Design and produce sales sheets, marketing collateral, digital advertisements, and promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Write compelling product descriptions, website copy, and marketing content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Create and maintain product catalogues while ensuring creative assets are properly organized and version controlled.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for hotel chain programs, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including updating templates, scheduling communications, and monitoring campaign execution.
- Prepare marketing materials for trade shows, customer presentations, and industry events.
- Work closely with internal sales teams, designers, and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Monday.com while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives or product marketing is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Canva is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign is considered an asset.
- Experience with website content management systems; Adobe Commerce experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com is an asset.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous learning.
