Envirofilters is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team in
Scarborough.
This is an entry-level position with paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for
advancement. If you enjoy helping customers, learning new skills, and working in a positive
team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
No cold calling required. You'll be working with existing customers and referrals who
already know our company.

What You'll Do
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Process customer orders and re-orders
- Follow up with existing customers
- Help customers find the right air and water filtration products
- Maintain customer information in our system
- Support the sales team with reports and customer information
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centre experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer and typing
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated to achieve goals and earn commission
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office position
- Regular shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Availability for some Saturdays required
