The cook prepares meals which are balanced, nutritious and appealing for the residents of the facility. Responsibilities include the preparation of regular and special diet foods including texture modified foods. Other responsibilities include assigning task to dietary aides and maintenance of an orderly, sanitary work area. Assist in storing and the inventory of supplies and food.
