About the Role
We are currently hiring for the position of full-time Chef de Partie (Pastry) In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading production within an assigned pastry section while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation.

Overseeing plating and service to deliver desserts with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Mentoring and supporting Pastry Demi Chefs, Cooks, and Apprentices through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership.

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, organization, and inventory management.

Collaborating with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to develop seasonal menus, creative features, and innovative desserts.

Fostering a positive, professional team environment through clear communication, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who:

Brings 4–5 years of progressive pastry experience with strong technical skills across multiple pastry stations.

Has proven experience leading a pastry section in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

Excels at mentoring, coaching, and developing junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

Balances creativity with consistency, precision, and a commitment to exceptional quality.

Thrives in a team-oriented environment with a passion for continuous learning and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Pay & Schedule
Wage: $23.75 per hour
- The kitchen team participates in our Culinary Recognition Program, providing additional earnings distributed with each pay period.

A $2000 anniversary bonus is awarded at your two-year milestone and each subsequent anniversary
