We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit General Labourers for upcoming cabinet delivery assignments in apartment buildings in the Saint-Antoine, NB area. Candidates will work in teams to unload and deliver heavy cabinetry materials into residential buildings.
This position involves heavy lifting, teamwork, and physical labour in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and unload heavy cabinetry into apartment buildings in teams
- Safely lift and carry materials (up to 75 lbs) using proper lifting techniques
- Assist with positioning and moving materials inside buildings
- Follow instructions from site lead
- Maintain safe work practices at all times
- Complete general labour duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Physically fit – able to perform frequent lifting, bending, and walking
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong teamwork skills
- Previous labour experience considered an asset but not required
- Criminal record check may be required depending on assignment
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots required
- Gloves required; additional PPE (hard hat, safety vest) may be required depending on site
What We Offer:
- $17.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
