The Reality of the Role: This is "white glove" construction. Our clients often move out while we work, meaning our deadlines are absolute.
- Physical: It is demanding. You will be on your knees, lifting materials, and working long days to hit a finish date.
- Precision: We work on custom patterns and wide-plank installs where "close enough" isn't good enough.
- Environment: You must be professional, clean, and respectful of high-value homes.
What You Bring:
- Reliability: You show up when you say you will. Period.
- Transport: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to various sites.
- Experience: 1+ years in flooring or finishing trades is preferred, but we value work ethic above all else.
- Sub-Contractors: If you have your own registered company and tools, we have specialized rates and consistent contracts available.
