Key Responsibilities
- Operate exterior cleaning equipment (pressure washers, ladders, hoses)
- Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Follow company safety protocols
- Communicate with team members and clients
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Must be a Canadian resident with a valid SIN
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic
- Comfort with outdoor work year-round
- Ability to work safely at heights
- A smartphone with mobile data for communication
- Able to travel to Richmond and job sites around Metro Vancouver
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning
- Familiarity with extension ladders or Tucker pole systems
- Outdoor labor experience (roofing, landscaping, construction)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $23/hour (with no prior experience)
- Wage range: $23–$35/hour based on experience (trial period of 1–2 weeks)
