Compensation
Earning potential typically ranges from $60,000 to $90,000+ per year for full-time RMTs, depending on schedule, experience, caseload, service mix, and bonus eligibility.
This is a percentage-based compensation role with strong earning potential. Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.
What You’ll Do
- Assess clients and develop individualized massage therapy treatment plans
- Provide safe, effective, and professional massage therapy treatments
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient goals, presentation, and progress
- Educate patients on home care, mobility, recovery, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with other practitioners as part of a team-based approach
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date clinical notes
- Manage your schedule and caseload
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive clinic environment

- Registered Massage Therapist, or eligible for registration, with the appropriate professional association
