Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Ensure all food is stored properly, rotated, and labeled according to safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and standards within the food industry
- Experience with meal preparation, serving, and basic kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety principles and proper sanitation procedures
