Manpower is currently seeking a Bilingual (English & French ) Senior Service Delivery Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our valued banking clients. This role supports a key Learning & Development initiative and is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication and administrative skills.
Reporting to the Director, University Operations, the Senior Service Delivery Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of an important Learning & Development program. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with learners, internal partners, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
- Provide administrative and operational support for Learning & Development program delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for learners, internal stakeholders, and client groups.
- Schedule participants into workshops, training sessions, and learning events.
- Coordinate participant movement between sessions and activities.
- Respond to inquiries and communications from employees at all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Monitor and manage high volumes of emails and program-related communications.
- Support leadership and program managers with additional tasks to ensure successful program execution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all administrative processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French

- Previous experience in an administrative, program coordination, training, or service delivery support role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Professional and confident communication style, including interactions with senior leaders, students, and parents.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Comfortable managing communications across all levels of an organization.

- Hybrid work arrangement: 1 day per week onsite at 81 Bay Street, Toronto.
- Candidates outside the GTA may also be considered, particularly bilingual candidates.
- Overtime opportunities are very limited.
