Soccer Coach – Footie Elite
Overview
At Footie Elite, we’re more than just a soccer program, we build confidence, discipline, and a love for the game. We’re looking for a high-energy, reliable coach who genuinely enjoys working with kids and families.
The right person isn’t just a coach, they’re a mentor, a role model, and someone who can create a fun, structured, and positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured training sessions focused on technical development, confidence, and teamwork
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions for small groups (max 6 players)
- Provide clear, positive feedback to help each child improve
- Maintain a high-energy, organized environment
- Communicate professionally with parents when needed
- Ensure safety and supervision standards are always respected
- Represent Footie Elite with professionalism and positivity
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18+
- Optional: have access to a car
- Coaching experience with kids is preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals
- Very personable, well-presented, and reliable
- Comfortable leading groups and speaking with parents
- Active and in good physical shape (able to demonstrate drills)
- Available for evenings and weekends
Bonus: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
