Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our growing team. As a new growing indo roti fusion concept cloud kitchen we are looking for a team member who can full fill role involves supporting food preparation, cooking, and packing operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary work, strong attention to food safety, and experience in the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills while contributing to a positive takeout experience for our guests from our cloud kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Cook and prepare dishes in accordance with safety and quality guidelines
- Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support inventory management by stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Experience

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills
Shared Kitchen Rules
- Respect the schedules and workspace of other kitchen users.
- Do not use another business's ingredients, containers, or equipment without permission.
- Return any shared equipment promptly after use.
- Keep noise to a reasonable level.
- Immediately clean any spills or messes you create.
- Report accidents or injuries to management immediately.
Closing Duties
- Clean and sanitize your entire workstation.
- Wash and store all equipment.
- Remove all garbage and recycling.
- Check the ovens, fryers, burners, and other equipment are turned off if no longer in use.
- Ensure refrigerators and freezers are properly closed.
- Lock storage areas if required.
- Leave the kitchen in a clean and professional condition for the next team.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
