We support organizations in their digital transformation, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and IT service management projects.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Architect who wants to contribute to large-scale mandates while evolving within a team recognized for its expertise and people-first approach.
Your Role
As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for:

Participating in and providing expertise or support for impact analyses, risk analyses, benefit analyses, and similar deliverables, particularly regarding information asset portfolios and project portfolios

Supporting and contributing to the development of briefing notes, monitoring reports, opportunity files, business cases, organizational opinions, and positioning

Integrating business solutions into the business architecture

Analyzing and supporting the integration of business solutions

Ensuring the development of business architectures that consider constraints, challenges, and needs arising from the business models of various partners and stakeholders, while prioritizing optimization and consolidation

Designing business principles, rules, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all components and enable integration of business architectures

Establishing validation and integration mechanisms for business solutions, as well as a business architecture governance framework

Conducting in-depth analysis of issues from multiple perspectives: legal/regulatory, normative, business process impacts, and other relevant aspects related to complex cases

Advising business solution designers on interpreting and applying business architectures, and proposing solutions that ensure overall consistency across multiple initiatives

Recommending innovative solutions to support business processes

Identifying business solution components that can be optimized, consolidated, made interoperable, or reused

Advising decision-makers to ensure proposed solutions align with the target business and enterprise architecture

Reviewing and validating normative documents, orientations, or governance frameworks, and recommending amendments to reflect operational realities and implementation considerations

Participating in committees, workshops, and collaborating with architecture advisors

Providing knowledge transfer to project teams

✅ Profile

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in business architecture

Perfect command of French is required for this position

Proven track record of at least 600 person-days of work, meeting the following criteria:
- Within the last 5 years

As a business architecture advisor

In large organizations (e.g., major corporations, Crown corporations, or public institutions)
