You are a dynamic professional who has an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrives on customer service (both internal and external).

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all PO’s and data entry are completed in a timely manner
- Work closely with team to assist in all sales and office related functions (quotes, purchase orders.)
- Producing daily waybills & quotes for shipping
- Data entry
- General office duties (Answering phones, Filing, greeting customer/Suppliers)
Qualifications:
- Preferred Minimum of 1 year of strong Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication (writing, planning, editing, formatting) in the English language
- Must have computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel)
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, problem solve and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Due to the location – you would need reliable transportation to get to and from work
