Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and facilitate curriculum modules
- Identify students' strengths and challenges and provide informative feedback and coaching for academic and practical development
- Provide relevant in class activities that make subject matter meaningful
- Possess strong technical and theoretical knowledge in all aspects of hairstyling (including cutting, styling, multi-texture and colouring skills)
- Instill clear classroom protocol and procedures to ensure efficiency and industry readiness
- Maintain clear and organized academic records
- Ensure client satisfaction by effectively managing the booking of appointments and deliverance of services by the students
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Strong organization and customer service skills
- Set standards and goals and model what is expected of students
- Work well and collaboratively with team members
- Report directly to Campus Manager
Compensation: Competitive based on experience, benefits negotiable
Required education: Hairstyling Diploma
Required Licence: Hairstylist license
Minimum Required Experience:
· 2 years Hairstylist
· 1 year Trainer/Instructor
