Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Move Coordinator to add to our office team.
As a Move Coordinator you will provide office support for Dispatch, sales staff, office personnel, and our clients:
Duties Include:
· Field and screen telephone calls and emails from employees and customers
· Schedule move estimates for Residential Move Consultants
· Schedule and book moves and, if necessary, schedule staffing for the moves
· Calculate basic move estimates using your solid mathematical ability and email them to customers, along with booking confirmations
· Create documents, invoices and spreadsheets
· Write correspondence and type estimates for local and overseas moves
· Process payments on credit cards and reconcile invoices, day sheets and timecards as required
· File and maintain records and retrieve storage documents, emails and contracts
· Handle customer claims and concerns in a professional and timely manner
· Assist walk-in clients, including helping them get packing materials loaded, if required
· Drive a small company van, if occasionally required
· Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required
· Maintain printing, stationary and uniform supply levels

· You follow processes diligently and identify opportunities for improvement
· You maintain discretion and confidentiality in all situations
· You partner with other staff across the organization to ensure a consistent customer experience
On the job cross over training provided
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
