Affinity Integrated Facility Solutions (Affinity IFS) is an established and award-winning company with over 15 years in the commercial and industrial building-maintenance industry. Affinity Solutions provides building maintenance services to multi-residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and manufacturing markets. Affinity IFS is based in midtown-Toronto, and provides services to our Greater Toronto Area, Greater Golden Horseshoe, London, and Ottawa customers, with a talented 200-member-strong team Affinity Solutions. We are actively recruiting to hire a Senior Operations Manager to join our ambitious team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of this growing business. From personnel management, budgeting, scheduling & inspections to customer interaction and procurement, this position will play a major role in the continued success of the business.

Responsibilities
- Manage area supervisors and staff, conduct employee performance appraisals
- Manage and prepare operational budgets
- Manage/track inventory & equipment usage
- Implement operational policies and procedures, conduct site evaluations/audits
- Hiring and training new employees
Competencies

- Superior leadership skills and the ability to manage change effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective people skills and able to work with different stakeholders including staff and clients
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Valid class Ontario driver's license
