The Company:
Parkland CLASS is a dynamic human services organization with 600+ employees. Based out of Red Deer, we provide supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities in Central Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
The Position:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Service Planning Administrator would be responsible for the coordination and management of Individual Service Plans for individuals in service. Working collaboratively with the Service Management Team (SMT), this new and fast-paced position will include the management of the full cycle service planning process, including but not limited to, scheduling and attending meetings, preparing documentation, completing required follow up, meeting and engaging with stakeholders, and maintaining file and records management in alignment with Policy and Accreditation Standards.
This position is a key role within an excellent learning environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. It is part of an expansion within the Operations Team to support the growing administrative needs of the organization. In addition to coordinating service planning activities, the Service Planning Administrator provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments, assists with process improvement and systems development initiatives, and helps maintain efficient organizational workflows and records management practices. The role will also undertake other duties and projects as assigned in support of the Operations Department and overall organizational objectives.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Wage: Hourly wage: $23.68 – $24.89 per hour

The Requirements:

Completion of a one-year post-secondary certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

Minimum two years of office administration experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Acrobat and Canva is an asset

Experience with digital file management; experience with SharePoint and/or ShareVision is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, maintain a high degree of accuracy, and prioritize competing demands

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Occasional travel within Red Deer is required. The successful candidate must possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence and provide a satisfactory driver's abstract as a condition of employment.
