Goodyear Cleaning Services is a locally owned cleaning company serving Red Deer and surrounding communities. We’re proud of the 5-star reputation we’ve built and are looking for two reliable, hardworking people to join our growing team.
This position starts part-time at approximately 15–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
What You’ll Do
- Provide residential and commercial cleaning services
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Learn and follow our cleaning systems
- Work independently once trained and take ownership of your work

Professional cleaning experience is not required. If you have a good attitude, care about doing quality work, and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay & Growth
- Starting wage: $16/hour
- Up to $20/hour based on performance and responsibilities
- Travel time between job sites paid at minimum wage
- WCB coverage
- Opportunities for increased hours
- Performance-based raises
Compensation is reviewed based on the quality of work, reliability, and overall contribution to the team.
Training
Your first few weeks will focus on learning our cleaning systems, equipment, quality standards, and client expectations. Our goal is to get you working confidently and independently while consistently meeting our standards for both quality and efficiency.
