Painter – Residential & Commercial
Property Partners Contracting is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Painter to join our team. We work with property management companies, apartment buildings, commercial properties, and residential clients throughout Greater Victoria.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Apartment turnover painting
- Hallways, common areas, and commercial spaces
- Drywall patching and minor repairs
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, masking, and priming
- Brush, roll, and spray applications
- Paint matching and finishing
- Job site setup, cleanup, and material organization
- Working safely while maintaining a professional appearance on-site
- Quick Apartment rental turnovers
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of painting experience preferred
- Experience with residential and commercial projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders
- Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and motivated
Bonus Skills
- Drywall finishing
- Minor carpentry
- Spray painting experience
- Knowledge of property maintenance
