Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive dealership experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate new or pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, promotions, and industry trends.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and complete all required sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Collaborate with the sales team, finance team, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an asset but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: This position is based in-office, Monday to Friday, with bi-weekly Saturday shifts.
