Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny to provide loving, attentive, and reliable care for children in a warm and nurturing environment. This role involves not only caring for children’s daily needs but also engaging them in educational activities, preparing nutritious meals, and maintaining a clean and organized home. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, experienced in caregiving, and capable of creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere that promotes growth and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times
- Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate teaching to foster development
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, nap times, and hygiene practices
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning up after children, laundry, and maintaining a tidy environment
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, activities, and any concerns
Skills
- Proven experience working with children across various age groups
- Ability to cook nutritious meals and prepare snacks suitable for children
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong caregiving skills with patience, compassion, and adaptability
- Knowledge of cleaning routines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Teaching abilities to support early childhood development through engaging activities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
