We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse Receiver to join PMF Plumbing Supplies (a division of Desco Plumbing & Heating Supply) and be part of our dynamic team in Mississauga, ON (1775 Bonhill Road).
Shift:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Role:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Receiver plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including:
- Shipping and loading vehicles
- Receiving and unloading shipments
- Order picking, packing, and staging
- Cycle counting and inventory replenishment
- Verifying and stocking materials
- Assisting with annual inventory counts
- Safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g., Raymond Reach)
- Following health and safety standards
- Other warehouse duties as needed
What You Bring:
✅ 1-2 years of warehouse experience
✅ Experience with FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and other 3rd-party carriers (including shipment input and BOL printing)
✅ Familiarity with cross-border shipping (BOLs and customs invoices)
✅ Experience obtaining shipping quotes for customers from 3rd-party carriers
✅ Knowledge of Mincron ERP software (preferred)
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent computer skills
