Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Apply appropriate pest control methods and treatments in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed to effectively carry out pest control tasks.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
