Wyndale Paving is searching for an Asphalt Spreader Operator to join our team.
The Operator must be efficient in operating a single manned Asphalt Spreader mainly for parking lots and driveways; ability to operate other heavy construction would be an asset.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate the asphalt spreader and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Complete minor maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow directions of ground crew and supervisors
- Ensures the machines are cleaned and maintained daily
- Keep work area and yard organized and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum five years’ experience operating an asphalt spreader
- Valid drivers license
- Must speak English
- Strong work ethic
