We are an award winning landscaping company and we pay really well for good workers. Starting wage is $23, and you also get substantial performance bonuses if you work hard.
Last year the people in this role made an average of $29/hr after bonuses.
Duties
- Shovel gravel, dig dirt, move wheelbarrows
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Remove, clean, and reinstall pavers, wall blocks and other landscaping blocks
- Pressure wash patios, driveways, etc
- Talk with customers in a friendly manner
- Assist in the excavation process for new landscaping.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Be ok getting dirty and muddy
- Be happy to work in rainy, cold, or hot weather.
- Be able to lift 20-50 pounds for hours at a time and up to 100 on occasion (lifting equipment into trucks)
- Be good with 10 hour regular days
- Be a good and fun teammate (we work in teams of two, so you better be a nice person)
- Be willing to learn and HUMBLE
- Have a valid driver's licence.

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
