We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product demos to enhance their shopping experience
- Engage in high-end sales, upselling products, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets
- Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties accurately
- Conduct inside sales activities including customer inquiries, order processing, and account management
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Coordinate with renovation or construction teams when necessary to facilitate store updates or displays
- Maintain organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
- Develop relationships with customers through excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or high-end sales environments
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Familiarity with merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and negotiation strategies
- Experience with renovation or construction projects is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
