::Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated PSW/Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home for our diverse client base. This role involves supporting individuals with various needs, including seniors, those with disabilities, or patients requiring hospice or dementia care. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through attentive and respectful caregiving, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Additional Language an asset, Polish, Persian, Iranian, Arabic.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide patient care in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private homes
- Administer medications following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements
- Support clients with mobility and perform heavy lifting as needed to ensure safety
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain cleanliness of the living environment through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Support individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
- Work with individuals with disabilities to promote independence and safety
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care settings preferred
- Knowledge of patient care, dementia care, senior care, and working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Certification or training in caregiving, medication administration, or nursing assistance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days and evenings as needed

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
